The Hispanic Scholarship Fund creates a list of many available scholarship opportunities. Click here to download the list. The Hispanic Scholarship Fund was founded in 1975 and since then their funds have grown; particularly in the past 10 years. Educational scholarships are hard to secure but you can’t give up. To have the best opportunity to land a scholarship you need to start early. First by having good grades all through high school and in collage. Check out what you need to apply by going to

For the artist in you check out NALAC, the National Association of Latino Arts and Culture. This is a nonprofit organization that offers various grant opportunities for Latino arts that may fit your needs. Each year the Chicana Latina Foundation awards merit-based scholarships to Latina college students. Go check them out at

The Latinitas Scholarship Fund was started to help young Latina college students reach their academic goals. Latinitas is dedicated to empowering the next generation of young Latina leaders to reach their fullest potential. Visit their site at

The Sallie Mae Fund partnered with the Hispanic College Fund to create the First in my Family Scholarship. The Fund describes its target population for this scholarship as “Hispanic-American students who are the first in their family to attend college and have financial need."
